| (a) Applicants for the revalidation of an IR(H): | a) Bewerber um die Verlängerung einer IR(H) müssen, | |
| (1) when combined with the revalidation of a type rating, shall complete a proficiency check in accordance with Appendix 9 to this Part, for the relevant type of helicopter. |
(1) wenn dies mit einer Verlängerung einer Musterberechtigung verbunden ist, eine Befähigungsüberprüfung gemäß Anhang 9 dieses Teils für das entsprechende Hubschraubermuster absolvieren; | |
| (2) when not combined with the revalidation of a type rating, shall complete only section 5 and the relevant parts of section 1 of the proficiency check established in Appendix 9 to this Part for the relevant type of helicopter. In this case, an FTD II/III or an FFS representing the relevant type of helicopter may be used, but at least each alternate proficiency check for the revalidation of an IR(H) in these circumstances shall be performed in a helicopter. |
(2) wenn dies nicht mit einer Verlängerung einer Musterberechtigung verbunden ist, nur Abschnitt 5 und die relevanten Teile von Abschnitt 1 der Befähigungsüberprüfung gemäß Anhang 9 dieses Teils für das entsprechende Hubschraubermuster absolvieren. In diesem Fall kann ein FTD II/III oder ein FFS verwendet werden, der das betreffende Hubschraubermuster nachbildet, jedoch muss unter diesen Umständen mindestens jede zweite Befähigungsüberprüfung für die Verlängerung einer IR(H) in einem Hubschrauber durchgeführt werden. | |
| (b) Cross-credit shall be given in accordance with Appendix 8 to this Part. |
